Prices are a guide. Final pricing depends on your dog's breed, size, coat condition, and temperament. We will always discuss and confirm the price before your appointment so there are no surprises.
Matted coats. If your dog's coat is severely matted, additional time and care may be required. In some cases, a de-matting surcharge may apply, or we may recommend a shorter clip for your dog's comfort and welfare.
Payment. We accept cash and bank transfer. Payment is taken at the time of appointment.
Cancellation policy. Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Late cancellations may incur a charge.
